Bob DenBleyker has lived in Lake Shawnee since 1998.  Bob, his wife Lisa and sons Timothy and Kevin live on North Parkway.  He is a Senior Project Geologist/Hydrogeologist with an environmental consulting firm and helps investigate and remediate contaminated properties.  Growing up, Bob lived in Lake Wallkill and wanted to bring up his family in the same type of community.  Bob remembered swimming against Lake Shawnee as a kid and thought it might be a good place to live.  Other than marrying his wife Lisa, it is the best decision he has made.  The DenBleyker family loves living in Lake Shawnee and they plan to stay here for a long time.  Bob, along with Lisa, are active with the swim team and social committee and they run the annual Lake Shawnee Swim Team Golf Outing.  Bob is active with his son’s sports and activities including swimming, baseball, basketball and cub scouts.  He also loves all sports and is a diehard Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan.

Bob enjoys spending time in the summer at First beach with his friends and family.  He will continue to be active in all lake activities and will assist with the responsibilities of Second Beach, lake ecology, swim team and club house.
