Jim and his wife Jill have been Lake Shawnee residents since 2001 where they purchased their first home on Tecumseh Ridge. In 2005, they moved 3 doors down to the end of Tecumseh Ridge where they now live with their 2 children, Kayla and Matthew and their lovable pug, Emma.

Jim is a licensed Mortgage Consultant with American Financial Resources where he specializes in residential loans. He is also head of the Recreation Committee for Lake Shawnee, an active member of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce as well as the North/Central New Jersey Association of Realtors.

Jim is a triathlete, competing in numerous triathlons, duathlons, 10k races and half marathons. His goal for this year is to complete a full marathon and is also competing in the 70.3 Ironman in Pennsylvania this fall.  He can often be found riding and running the trails in Mahlon Dickerson, riding and running the roads around Lake Shawnee and Lake Hopatcong, or swimming across the lake.

Jim and his family are active members of Lake Shawnee and can often be found on the beach in the summertime BBQing with friends, on the ice in the wintertime clearing the snow or ice skating, and attending the club events year round.
