This “revealing, in depth profile” has been written by our own Jeff Keith. Milt is an incredible guy who, at age 70, has more energy than most people in their 20’s. He has a great attitude about life and has worked tirelessly for Lake Shawnee for over 30 years. He is our Membership Committee Chair, so he keeps a watchful eye on homes that are “For Sale” and once a house is sold, he’s the man most people first meet. Milt introduces them to our Club and all its amenities. His warm friendly sincere approach puts people at ease and reassures them that they have moved into a great community. In addition to his many other responsibilities, Milt is also in charge of our Message Center, keeping us all informed about what is going on in the Lake. Milt also circulates our monthly Board meeting agenda, attends Council & COLA meetings and like all Board members, delivers the Lake Shawnee News. Milt and his wife Joan have lived in the Lake for over 35 years. He has 4 daughters and 2 granddaughters. Milt is a former Phone Company employee and has been retired for 5 years. Due to his “retired status”, he “volunteers” to perform endless tasks and takes on many duties for his “Lake”. He is an avid tennis player and bowler and loves the Jersey Shore. He is an amazing friend, a wonderful neighbor and Lake Shawnee is very fortunate to have a man of his moral character as a Board member and resident. Milt, you are a Pillar of the Community and Lake Shawnee salutes you for all you are and all you do!
