The Club Office is open during the hours of 8:30am-12pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and will have some evening hours in May & June. The club office manager is a part-time position and is generally the first person most members meet in regards to club business and is an excellent point of contact for general club business and information concerning the lake. The office manager works under the direction of the Board of Governors. The office manager is responsible for the yearly billing of dues and the receipt of all payments throughout the year as well as the distribution of member badges and car and boat stickers.  All club house rentals are booked though the club office. The club office is responsible for the distribution of the Lake Shawnee News to our members. All correspondence to the club should be forwarded to the club office at the address below.
