Current Identification (I.D.) badges must be displayed while on all Club properties including the beaches, playgrounds and on the lake. |

There is a 10 PM to sunrise curfew on all Club properties. |

Current I.D. stickers must be prominently displayed on the outside front of all watercraft and on a driver’s side window of vehicles. Trailers, boats on trailers & camper trailers may not be stored on Club properties. Vehicles may not be parked overnight on club properties. |

Gasoline/Diesel powered boats or motorized vehicles of any type are not permitted on the lake. Gas powered motors or vehicles may be utilized for emergency operations and club purposes. Electric motors are permitted. |

Boats & watercraft cannot exceed 25 feet in length and cannot be capable of exceeding 15 mph. |

Docks but may not extend beyond 15 feet from the shoreline. Private swimming floats and sail boat moorings may not extend beyond 25 feet from the owner’s waterfront property line. No other structure may extend over, in, or onto Club properties including the lake or lake bottom. |

The lake will be lowered approximately 4 feet on even numbered years. The lake will be lowered approximately 2 feet on odd numbers years at the board’s discretion. |

Boats are to be kept only in the water at Club docks, properties and at designated sailboat mooring area located at Third Beach and White’s Cove or on the storage racks provided by the Club. Boats, kayaks and paddle boats should be stored on a designated rack. |

Tents or other structures shall not be erected on Club properties. EZ Up type shelters are permitted. Exceptions can be made as agreed upon in the Clubhouse Rental Rules. Clubhouse use is subject to signing a separate contract that contains additional rules for renters. |

Club properties may not be used for the sale or storage of personal property. |

Pets are not allowed on the beaches from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pets owners are responsible for clean up of their pets at all times. |

|
The authority of the club officers, security guards, lifeguards and night security patrols shall be respected as shall the rights and privileges of other Members. |

|
Children on club properties under the age of 12, must be directly supervised by a parent or other person who is at least 14 years old. Children are prohibited from swimming across the lake unless accompanied by a boat or a qualified swimmer. |

All trash and personal possessions must be removed from Club properties daily. Cigarettes are not to be disposed of on club property. In addition violators could be subject to Township Ordinance violations. |

The determination of the safe condition of lake ice is the user’s sole responsibility. |
| |
|
Open fires are not allowed on club properties. |
| |
|
All fishing rules and posted beach rules must be followed. |
| |
|
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, any member utilizing club properties for any party/event where guests will exceed 20 persons; the member is required to notify the club office one week prior to the event. This does not apply to any clubhouse rentals and or member only party/event. |
