The Lake Shawnee Club maintains an active & self sustaining fishing committee who organize all fishing contests on the lake and help to advise the Board of Governors on fish stocking, etc.  All proceeds from contests and any purchase of optional fishing badges all go directly toward fishing committee activities.

Even though we are a private lake all fisherman are required to obtain a NJ State Fishing License.

In addition to the Club’s standing rules, boaters on Lake Shawnee must adhere and comply with all NJ State Boating regulations.
